Our method

Curious about how we find a job for you? The process begins with a conversation in which we ask questions like: 

• Where do you prefer to work?
• What kind of position are you looking for?
• What is your level of experience?
• What salary or hourly rate are you looking for?
• What do you absolutely not want?

Once we have collected this information, we will start looking for vacancies that match your requirements. For this purpose, we will contact vets who are currently looking for candidates and introduce you to them. If they are interested in going a step further, you will receive the name of the client who is interested in talking to you.

Once you are ready, we schedule phone or on-site interviews to determine if this is the right match. When you find the place that feels right for you, we negotiate with the potential employer on your behalf to make sure you get the best offer. Once you have accepted the offer, it is time to start the next phase of your veterinary career!
