Our mission is to help employers in the veterinary sector recruit top talent and provide supporting services, while helping job-seeking veterinary professionals find work that fits their needs, with a strong focus on good primary and secondary benefits.

Our vision is to remain the leader in the veterinary staffing industry by listening carefully to both our flex workers and the employers we work with, and using their input to continue to innovate and improve our services.
